Capital Control Systems is proud to partner with Energy Convergence of Nevada, a company that provides pressure testing of the home and the mechanical duct system in the home to determine the amount of air leakage and the overall energy efficiency of the home and the mechanical system.
Energy Convergence of Nevada is certified through RESNET, the Residential Energy Services Network. They are a Certified HERS (Home Energy Rating System) Rater company.
The information that is gathered visually and through computerized testing, is analyzed and a HERS Rating Index number and report are generated providing solutions for upgrades to the home and duct system, cost estimates for performing the upgrades and the estimated amount of energy that will be saved by installing the upgrades. These solutions can result in a healthier, more energy efficient living environment.
The HERS Rating Index and the reports that are generated can be used to determine additional market value of the home, qualify for tax credits and provide information to the mortgage industry to help qualify for Energy Efficient Mortgages.
